I loved how close we were to the settlers green outlet village, making it super easy to shop before heading out to explore the beautiful green hills preserve, just a short walk away. the hotel also offered a great breakfast that fueled our adventures nicely.

Nice Stay, But Needs Updates

So we stayed for 4 nights and the room was pretty comfy. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was solid with lots of options, even for late risers. That said, the place needs some updates. The room felt dark and the decor was a bit outdated. Oh, and only one soap for two people was a bit weird.

While the front desk staff was generally helpful, the room unfortunately needed a thorough cleaning, with hair found on the floor and the trash not emptied. The common areas seemed neglected but the atmosphere itself was calming. Improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
